Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs subscription cancellations and refunds for Lahub services, operated by Core Nudus. It forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@lahub.app.

Cancellation applies to future renewals and does not affect the validity of the subscription for the period already paid for — you keep access until that period ends.

2. Refunds

Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

No refund is provided for any unused portion of a subscription after it has commenced, unless otherwise determined by Lahub or required under applicable law.

3. Free trial

Lahub offers a 14-day free trial covering every feature and up to 300 cases. No card is required to start the trial, so nothing is charged when it ends and there is nothing to refund. Promotional and discounted plans may carry their own terms and may not be refundable or convertible into cash.

4. Automatic renewal

Where automatic renewal is enabled, a subscription may renew for the applicable period unless it is cancelled before the renewal date.

You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not wish to renew.

5. Changing your plan

Where Lahub permits an upgrade or downgrade, the applicable charges or adjustments are determined in accordance with the pricing and billing terms applicable at that time. Current plans are on our Pricing page.

6. Failed or unsuccessful payments

If a subscription payment fails, Lahub may temporarily restrict access to paid features until the outstanding payment is successfully completed.

Your data is not deleted because a payment failed. Restricted access means paid features are paused, not that case records are removed.

7. Termination by Lahub

Lahub may suspend or terminate a subscription in accordance with its Terms of Use, including in cases of non-payment, misuse of the Platform, fraud or violation of applicable terms.

Except where required by law, termination due to your breach does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid.

8. Exceptional refunds

In exceptional circumstances — including a material technical issue attributable to Lahub that substantially prevents access to a paid service — Lahub may, at its discretion, provide an appropriate refund, credit or extension.

Any such refund or credit is determined on a case-by-case basis.
