Welcome to Lahub. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lahub website, application, software and services ("Platform").

By registering, accessing or using Lahub, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About Lahub

Lahub is owned and operated by Core Nudus ("Core Nudus", "we", "us"). In these Terms, "Lahub" refers to the platform and "Core Nudus" to the entity providing it; your agreement is with Core Nudus.

Lahub is a technology-based platform designed to help advocates, law firms, legal professionals and other users manage cases, clients, hearings, documents, tasks and other aspects of legal practice.

Lahub is a technology service provider and does not provide legal advice or act as an advocate, legal representative or law firm for any user or client, in any manner.

Lahub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for the eCourts project, the National Informatics Centre, or any court, tribunal or commission in India.

2. User account

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account, and must notify Lahub immediately of any unauthorised access. All information you enter into the Platform is taken by us to be true and correct as provided by you, and Lahub is not responsible for any consequence arising from information that is inaccurate or entered in breach of these Terms. Case information made available through the Platform is generated from publicly available sources.

3. User content

You may upload case records, documents, client information and other material ("User Content") to the Platform.

You retain ownership of your User Content. You confirm that you have the necessary right and authority to upload and use such information.

Lahub may process User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure and improve the Platform and its services.

4. Lawful use

You agree not to use Lahub for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose, or to:

• access another user's account;
• interfere with or damage the Platform;
• upload malicious software;
• infringe the rights of any person;
• copy, scrape or commercially exploit Lahub without permission; or
• reverse engineer the Platform, except where permitted by law.

5. Legal information and AI features

Lahub may provide legal research, drafting, AI, case-status, reminder and other automated features.

Such information and outputs are provided only as technological assistance and do not constitute legal advice.

Users must independently verify case laws, statutes, dates, court information, AI-generated content and other information before relying upon or filing the same.

Lahub does not guarantee any particular result in any legal proceeding.

6. Court information and notifications

Case status, hearing dates and other information may be obtained from third-party or public sources.

Lahub does not guarantee that such information will always be accurate, complete or current.

Users remain responsible for independently verifying all important dates, deadlines, orders and legal requirements.

7. Subscription and payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. Current plans and prices are published on our Pricing page. Prices shown are in Indian rupees and are inclusive of GST.

A free trial of 14 days is available, covering every feature and up to 300 cases.

Applicable fees, taxes, subscription periods and refund conditions are displayed on the Platform or communicated to you. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Lahub may suspend paid services where applicable payments remain overdue.

Fair use. Plans are priced by the number of cases you track. Some operations — refreshing a case from a court portal, and the AI features — consume significant resources each time they run, and are provided on a fair-use basis. Where usage on an account is far outside ordinary professional use, Lahub may apply reasonable limits to those operations, and will contact you first wherever it is practicable to do so. We will not set a limit that prevents normal day-to-day practice.

8. Availability

Lahub will make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

The Platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, third-party failures or circumstances beyond Lahub's reasonable control.

9. Intellectual property

The Lahub name, logo, software, design, features, content and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Lahub.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lahub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, Lahub's total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees actually paid by you to Lahub during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Suspension and termination

Lahub may suspend or terminate access where a user violates these Terms, engages in unlawful activity, compromises Platform security, or fails to make applicable payments.

Users should maintain independent backups of important case and client records.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.

13. Changes

Lahub may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date above always shows the current version.
